We will gladly furnish numerous references and encourage you to contact them because we are proud of our work and the integrity of the services we provide. If you decide to hire us to handle your estate sale, we will provide you with a written contract covering the services you will receive, our rate and applicable fees, provisions for any unsold property, and remittance of your proceeds.
We take care of everything from site preparation, organization, and staging sale items (providing display tables, shelves, and locking display cabinets for valuable items) to tagging/pricing of the sale items. This process ensures a quick turnaround for top dollar. We will research items as needed to determine their fair market value and price items to maximize liquidation profits. We will do our best to get top dollar for your items. Since our fee is based on a percentage of the total sale, it is in everyone's best interest to get the highest price on all items.
When partnering with us for your estate, we will take care of all advertising for your sale to ensure it is a success. Once we have settled on a date for the sale, we will kick off our advertising campaign to promote the estate sale utilizing the latest technology. The estate sale, with detailed pictures, will be posted on EstateSales.net website which will also appear on our site under events. We will reach out to our network of buyers via email and/or text message to notify them of the upcoming event. Advertising will also include posting on social media as well as other avenues such as the local newspaper. We also provide outdoor day-of signage to lead the way to your sale.
